I am just now catching up and sorry to hear of the accident. It is amazing how something unsettling or even just stress of everyday life can cause you to loose connection with the things around you. This loss of connection leaves me feeling empty and lost and I am currently nurturing that side of myself.

Yes, I was surprised how relatively little it took to throw me off. Lots of positive thoughts heading your way as you nurture that side of yourself. Thank you for your comment!

I'm also sorry to hear of your accident, but glad for the time that it gave you and that you were able to transmute it into something healing for your life.

I have missed you - life has been chaotic (and promises not to get boring any time soon), but I look forward to taking up my more regular visitation schedule with you! Many blessings to you, Sweet One.

Thank you so much! Yes -- dealing with the accident and all the snow and the holidays meant that I have not been doing my "visiting" much and I have missed you, too! I hope to hop on over to you and others soon! I hope all the things that are making your life not boring are happy!

Kitsch is good medicine. I tend to like gothic kitsch. I would love to have red velvet floor length curtains some day.

I like your translation of the unexpected event. Those moments are openings for change. It is so much easier to clearly see what has meaning and value in life then, too.

Oooooh! Gothic kitsch! I love the idea! Actually, I have a lot of red velvet throughout my house -- it is Victorian so it is kind of period. No one did gothic kitsch like the Victorians. Thank you for your comment!

I'm so sorry to hear of your accident! It is a traumatic event. I can relate to and appreciate your feelings about it.

I wish you a wondrous journey of health and happiness in the New Year from this moment forward.

Yes, we can always expect the Goddess of the Unexpected! Her altar cannot be ignored.

I enjoyed the meme very much! Manifest blessings to you, MW

Thank you! The support and concern I've gotten from so many people is one of the blessings of an experience that was, indeed, quite traumatic.
